Not favorable for Mexicans

The people in Massachusetts welcome foreign students but not foreign people living in the state or exotic cultures. It is not a favorable state if your background is not Caribbean, European or Asian or from an established population. Puertoricans don´t like that Mexicans take up their jobs opportunities. For example, I talked to many Mexicans who could not develop their businesses or sell to Hispanics, they had to cater only the anglo market in order to survive.
